Hi friends!
Today, we're kicking off the Penbook 6.6 Beta. It includes a much-requested feature: a quick way to jump between pages of any book and organize important pages. We're doing this with the newly-overhauled bottom toolbar. Also, Penbook will now skip your bookshelf when starting up and show you the last page you worked on, to get you right back into it.
We'd love for you to try the beta and tell us what you think. Our tests fill up fast, so we are once again starting a new TestFlight stream. If you've joined beta before, make sure to join again via the link below. If you don't know what TestFlight is, it's probably best to sit this one out and wait for the release. π¬
Open Scanner
In other news, we had a great launch of Open Scanner a few weeks ago and the feedback has been fantastic:
Basic, easy to figure out. Just what I need for quick scans of text. I just want to be able to take a photo and not have to go through a bunch of steps to edit or save. This is great!
You can now get it from the App Store for free:
One tap page scanning
Scans are saved inside the app
Easy to share as PDF
All your scans are synced to other devices with iCloud
Built-in OCR, signatures, annotations
Fully open source, fully free, no ads
Let us know how you find it π
